Clark County, used the Partnerships for Success (PfS) grant and PfS planning method to create a comprehensive plan to improve the County. This method started with creating a Needs Assessment to identify 12 of Clark County’s broadest needs and the factors that go into creating or fulfilling those needs. The second step, the Resource Assessment, identified the resources currently accessible in Clark County that would enable it to meet its needs. The final step was the creation of a Strategic Initiatives report, which formed a 5-year plan dedicated to filling the previously identified needs. Each of these steps is compiled in a separate report.
