The Dayton Development Coalition produced a report for the Springfield Chamber of Commerce to promote growth and economic development of Springfield. The main goals of the report are to focus on the driving industries of economic growth in the region; to support and develop Springfield’s workforce to retain the workforce talent in Springfield, and to push economic growth expanding support for entrepreneurs and encouraging methods of innovation and achievement.
