The CONNECT Clark County plan was developed by several individuals and organizations to address the challenges facing Clark County like population loss, funding challenges, and lack of communication and collaboration between entities, as well as to embrace the strengths of Clark County, like its natural and recreational possibilities, its diverse economy, and its affordable housing. The plan also identified the actionable goals of improving the physical buildings in the County, advancing the economy, enhancing the County’s quality of life, and improving community well-being and infrastructure.
