There is a statistically significant decrease in the median housing value of Springfield between 2011 and 2017, while there is a statistically significant increase in the housing value of the United States.

All data comes from the U.S. Census Bureau.

This information was obtained from the American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates forĀ  the median value (dollars) of Owner-occupied housing units.
