These data charts show the number of occupied homes which are occupied by their owner in the four zip codes of Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, and the United States. Additionally, there is a data table demonstrating the number of occupied homes occupied by renters; this will whatever percentage of occupied homes are not occupied by their owners.

In 2017:

  • The percent of people who own the homes they occupy is higher in NW and NE Springfield than in SW and SE Springfield.*
  • The percent of people who own the homes they occupy is lower in Springfield than Clark County, Ohio, and the United States.*

The percent of people who own the homes they occupy in NE Springfield or in Springfield overall has decreased between 2011 and 2017.*
