These data show the percentage of the labor force of the population 16 years of age and older who have a disability within Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, and the United States.
In 2017:
- The percentage of the labor force population with a disability is statistically significantly higher in Clark County than in the United States. While it appears that Springfield also has a higher percentage than the U.S., there is a larger margin of error due to the smaller sampling size for the population of Springfield than for Clark County, so there is no statistically significant difference.
There has been a statistically significant increase in the percent of the population in the labor force with a disability in Springfield between 2011 and 2017, as well as in Ohio and the U.S. overall. There is no statistically significant change in the percent population for Clark County.
All data comes from the U.S. Census Bureau.
This information was obtained from the American Community Survey (ACS) 5-year estimates on labor force participation of the population with a disability.
