Additionally, there is a data table demonstrating the number of occupied homes occupied by renters; this will whatever percentage of occupied homes are not occupied by their owners.
In 2017:
- The percent of people who own the homes they occupy is higher in NW and NE Springfield than in SW and SE Springfield.*
- The percent of people who own the homes they occupy is lower in Springfield than Clark County, Ohio, and the United States.*
The percent of people who own the homes they occupy in NE Springfield or in Springfield overall has decreased between 2011 and 2017.*
